We had a rush project on some product boxes that we had to have completed quickly. I was told to use The C MIC Packaging website and was connected with Alice right away. She walked me through every step with ease, helped with the design and correct sizing of our boxes and made sure things were exactly how we needed them. We even had an issue with some wrong information on our end and Alice and her team made sure that the items were fixed and that we still made our deadline. Throughout the process I was changing ideas and adapting them, Adam who was looking after my enquiry was patient, attentive, listened well to all my preferences, informed me of alternative options that weren’t always the most expensive but ideas that fit my branding and my end goal. I am very hesitant ordering from random places online (especially such a LARGE order like ours for our small business). I communicated with Kristin via email and she was incredibly helpful. From my understanding, most packaging will ship from overseas, so turn-time is not going to be SUPER quick. But honestly it is very comparable to most USA printers with a turn-time of 2-4 weeks for custom cartons. Their prices are VERY competitive. The first order we received, the color was not what we were hoping for. We sent in samples and Kristin's team matched the color perfectly. The quality is absolutely stunning. The soft-touch and color smoothness are second to none. If you have specific colors you're trying to match, I'd definitely recommend sending samples or discussing before you order. But if you were doubtful like me, please know, their quality and work is outstanding!

For a long time, I have tried to find affordable, yet quality materials for packaging my jewelry for my small online business. I have found that here, and am so grateful! I have been impressed that their communication is prompt, and they are willing to work back and forth with me to make the product exactly how I need it. I have ordered several times, and each time I ask them to make an adjustment, and the next time I order—the quality continues to improve. I have ordered pillow boxes, and extremely high quality envelopes. It has helped my branding, and the cost is literally unbeatable. There have been a few times, where I have run out of shipping materials and have had to order locally. So, give yourself at least 2-3 weeks before receiving your products, and occasionally it will arrive sooner. Specifically I have worked with Kevin J, Arthur Chan, and Kristin — and I couldn't ask for a better team. Highly recommended—just give yourself time to receive the items (I live in the US, and the items are shipped from overseas), and if it isn't perfect the first time around, continue to make suggestions.... They really do work towards perfection!

After looking around and researching many box designers & printers for our startup e-commerce brand, C MIC Packaging was sensitive to my need for packaging to be the best that it can be to represent my new brand. They were very efficient with the design process and even suggested a minor tweak to our logo (which we gladly adopted). We had a complicated stack - 8 different variations spread over 3 different box sizes. After approving the designs and pulling the trigger, we waited about 14 days to receive the shipping boxes from C MIC. We couldn't have been happier when we went through each box variation and then put our products inside! Just beautiful! We were looking for a premium gift packaging to give out at trade shows and use in other campaigns. We searched around for a company with a wide array of packaging products at good prices and landed (through the help of a friend) on C MIC Packaging.
We reviewed a sample or two and found C MIC's selection to be pretty darn good, and the salesperson Richard really helped guide us towards making a selection, discussing our options, quoting and re-quoting as we worked on changing quantities and shipping destinations.
When we finally settled and placed a big order (7000 pieces) we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly the order was prepared and shipped. We had a tight deadline and Richard and the whole C MIC staff really worked hard to deliver on time. The product packaging ended up looking better than we had expected.
